I have no way of knowing the exact year these were made, however we purchased them from directly from Neal Enterprises and they have confirmed they have not been made in many years.
Color: CLEAR BLUE (THE PHOTO SHOWS THE COLOR... SOME COMPLAIN THEY ARE PURPLE. MAYBE A LITTLE... BUT LOOK AT THE CLEAR PURPLE ONES WE ALSO SELL... COMPARED TO THOSE, THESE ARE DEFINITELY BLUE.)
