Shipping & Returns
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items marked as NOS (New-Old Stock) are not returnable. Decals are not returnable. Anything purchased in our BLEMISH/SCRATCH/DENT section is not returnable.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Anything you return to us will be sent out to another customer as new - therefore, if you tried to install it, you mangled the packaging, or are incapable of safely packaging and shipping an item, please don't ask to return something. Nearly 100% of returns can be avoided by reading the description and MEASURING before you order. Measure first, order once.
NOTE: If we sent you the wrong item, that isn't a return - if this happens, Contact Us immediately and we'll make it right.
All products shown on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We always ship in less than 24 hours. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will e-mail you right away.
We ship 7 days a week and have pickups 6 days a week, therefore keep in mind changing an order is not always possible. If you discover you need to make a change, be sure to Contact Us immediately.
We do not offer any shipping services that provide a guaranteed delivery date. Any delivery dates provided on our website or with tracking information are ESTIMATES.
We do not offer NEXT DAY AIR or any other OVERNIGHT shipping options - we have 12 years worth of reasons why. We do however ship ALL orders in less than 24 hours.
If you choose FREE SHIPPING, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method that offers the best value. We use USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and UPS in the U.S. International shipments will be delivered by your local postal service.
We are now able to offer "Local Pickup" for your order in Cartersville, Georgia. Just Contact Us for more information if you would like to pick up an order.
Porkchop BMX sells parts. We do not sell complete bikes. We are not a bicycle shop. We do not do part installation or repairs. While we are happy to answer SPECIFIC installation questions, we do not provide step-by-step instructions. If you need step-by-step instructions, you need to swallow your pride and visit your local bike shop and pay a professional. There is a reason bicycle mechanics and dentists exist. Not everything is Do-It-Yourself.
Bicycle parts installation can literally be a life/death proposition and Porkchop BMX is not responsible for injury or death caused by improper installation.
U.S. Sales Tax
In June 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down a decision in the case South Dakota vs. Wayfair which completely changes sales tax rules for online sales. As of January 1st, 2020, most states now have rules in effect for collecting sales tax regardless of a business having a physical presence in the state. Based on these rules and thresholds, as of now we collect sales tax for orders shipped to the following states:
- New Jersey
- North Carolina
There are still a few states that have put no rules forth yet, but most likely will. For some states, we do not exceed the sales thresholds set so we are not required to collect sales tax for those states. Please keep in mind us charging sales tax in your particular state may change at any time.

If your country is not listed above, we do not ship there. We have tried. There were problems. Our goal is to get each customer their package as quickly and efficiently as possible. If we are unable to do that within a specific country, we do not ship there.
All packages are delivered by your local postal authority.
Any taxes/duties are between you and your country's government.
SHIPPING IS CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT. YOU WILL SEE THE EXACT SHIPPING CHARGES BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We have negotiated rates much lower than what our competitors charge.
