Silver anodized aluminum alloy seat post clamp very similar to the old Tuf Neck clamps.
It is 25.4mm (1 inch) which fits most any old school steel or chromoly frame that uses a 7/8" seatpost.
Brand new, in perfect condition, never used or mounted.
